You have to drive your vehicle to the terminal and go to the designated area in the airport for Meet & Greet service. This is mostly known as Short Term car park. The driver will meet you there and collect your car keys. Once you come back from your trip you need to come to the same area where the driver waits for you with your vehicle.

If you share the vehicle with friends then you can share the fee among them as we charge per vehicle
Different car parks have different security measures and features.

Most of the car parks Compare The Airport Parking works are Park-Mark Awarded from the 'British Parking Association' for appropriate lighting and security measures, effective surveillance and clean environment.
All the card parks are monitored by CCTV and have secure fencing.
Vehicles are driven by fully insured drivers who hold full UK driving license.
Once you confirm the booking, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you entered at the time of booking. This confirmation consist of the parking procedure you need to follow.
Please call the car park provider (the number printed on your booking confirmation) and informed of your early arrival. No refunds for the unused days and depending on the car park provider an additional fee may incur which you have to pay directly to the chauffer driver.
Call and keep Parking Provider informed (The same 24/7 telephone number which is printed in your booking confirmation) so there won’t be any unnecessary delays upon arriving at the car park. You may be charged for the additional days/hours at the car park which you have to pay directly to the car park. Rates may differ to the online rates you booked. Additional return fee may also be charged if it’s outside normal operational hours.
Your confirmation will be emailed to the email address you enter at the time of booking. If you need a copy just call or email help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk and we will send you a copy.
As per HMRC VAT Receipt Guideline, The HMRC states that a full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator handling your parking as under HMRC guidelines, www.comparetheairportparking.co.uk act solely as an Agent and therefore we are unable to provide a VAT invoice and can only show the Gross Payment of your parking.

See HMRC Guide to Agents sections 22.5 and 23.1 You may of course request one from the carpark you have chosen.

FOR CLARIFICATION THE TERM CARPARK REFERS TO THE COMPANY HANDLING THE STORAGE, PICKING UP AND DELIVERING OF THE VEHICLE. THE TERM BOOKING AGENT REFERS TO WWW.COMPARETHEAIRPORTPARKING.CO.UK.

Please send your request to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk and we will request the VAT receipt from the car park on your behalf.
You can cancel your booking by sending an email to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk stating your booking reference. Thereafter the booking will cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy, which you have agreed upon booking process. If there is a refund then this will be credited to the relevant credit/debit card used at the time of booking. However the card-handling fee/Booking Fee/SMS charge which were charged are non-refundable.

The above information also applies if a booking has been made for incorrect airport or is cancelled or unused due to a third party action.

Please note the cancellation must be made by email, telephone cancellations/SMS are not acceptable.
You can make changes to your travel dates, flight info, vehicle or personal details to your booking. Please write to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk and inform us about the amendments you wish to make. All amendments are subject to availability and the applicable cancellation/amendment charges will also be applied.
Enter your coupon code in “Coupon code claim” box and you will be able to see the amount deducted from the total. Please claim the coupon code at the time of booking as the value cannot be refunded as a cash refund. Only one coupon can be claimed per reservation. However you can gift the coupon code to anyone who wishes to reserve a parking space with comparetheairportparking.co.uk if it has not been claimed as the coupons cannot be redeemed more than once. These coupon codes cannot be claimed in any third party website and has to be claimed before it expires.
As per the cancellation policy, booking will be cancelled with applicable charges if any. If there is a balance amount to be refunded after charging the cancellation fee, this amount will be refunded back to the credit/debit card, which was used at the time of booking. Money will be released from Compare The Airport Parking accounts immediately but the bank may take few working days to process the transaction. However the credit/debit card fee/Booking Fee/SMS charge that were charged are non-refundable.
We are sorry to hear that you wish to complain. You can log a complaint with regards to the service you receive from the parking provider, please email help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk within 14 days of the day you collect your vehicle. We will forward your email to the relevant parking provider and they will handle your complain thereafter. They will be contacting you directly with regards to the complaint. We advise you to keep the chauffeur driver inform of your complain at the time of drop off or pick up of the vehicle to have a record of the issue.
