Compare The Airport Parking is an agent for the car parks, which are advertised on our web site, www.comparetheairportparking.co.uk. The content, Terms & Conditions, instructions displayed on the website and in the Booking confirmations are as per the individual car park. We try our level best to keep this information up to date. Sometimes due to no omission, fault or negligence on our part we may not have the accurate up to date information.

Products and services listed are subject to change due to availability/demand and other reasons. The rates of the products/services are also subject to change prior notice as well.

Compare The Airport Parking holds the right to modify invoices or cancel booking that have stemmed from obvious erroneous mistakes in the prices and/or descriptions mentioned in our website. On an event of such issues, the customer/s will be immediately informed about the error on discovery.

We hold no responsibility on the level of services offered to you by the car park. We are also not responsible for any loss or damages caused to you or your vehicle in the premises of the car park.

Compare The Airport Parking has added an option to Book Now & Pay later. Option is only available for certain products as per the terms set by the car park.

If you wish to confirm and pay for the booking then you will receive the Booking Confirmation, which contains the Driver’s number, instructions from the car park along with the payment confirmation. That will be the proof of your confirmed airport parking reservation.

If you choose the Book Now, Pay later option then you will only receive an email, which contains the details, your booking. However once you make the payment on or before the due date, you will receive the booking confirmation to the email address given to us.

It’s solely your responsibility to obtain this Booking Confirmation as it contains the Contact number of the Driver/Car Park. Failing to receive this information and not able to utilize the service which is no fault of Comparetheairportparking.co.uk will not be liable to pay any compensation or refunds for any inconvenience/loss it may occur.

3.1 We strictly quote our price in British Pounds (£) and we also own the rights to change the prices any time before the reservation gets confirmed.

3.2 Rates of the products are subject to change without prior notice and sometimes these changes may occur frequently. Therefore we cannot guarantee the rates until the time of confirming the booking.

3.3 You can pay for the reservation via your Pay Pal account and please note that transaction fee charged by Pay Pal are not included in the price we display. These charges will get added to the final payment if you wish to use Pay Pal.

3.4 We also accept Visa Credit/ Visa Debit/ Visa Electron, JCB, Master Card and Maestro. It is necessary for the user to enter valid credit/debit card number while making the reservations. We reserve the rights to cancel reservations if the credit/debit card is a declined/stolen card used/used without authorization of the cardholder.

3.5 Price display on the availability page does not include Pay Pal Transactions fees, Booking Fee, Card Fee, SMS charge/ etc.… These fees/charges are NON Refundable.

3.6 If you wish to extend the parking after dropping the vehicle with the car park, then you will be required to pay for the additional days. These rates may vary from the online rates and car park has the right not to offer online rates.

4.1 Delays Due to any reason, if you get delay to drop off the vehicle, the keep the driver informed so the car park can arrange a driver to be there when you arrive. If such changes occur any additional cost to the car park then they have the right to charge a fee and you are required to pay directly to the driver and obtain a receipt for this.

4.2 Early Drop Off/Early Pick up

4.2.1 If you drop the vehicle with the car park earlier than the date/time you have booked then please keep Compare The Airport Parking or the driver informed. Such changes may occur additional fees and your are required to pay this fee to us or to the driver.

4.2.2 NO refund is applicable, when you collect your vehicle before the pick-up date/time, which was confirmed by you, while booking.

No refunds are available for unused parking.

4.3 Late Pick Ups

If you fail to collect your vehicle on the Pick-up date confirmed by you at the time of booking, then kindly inform the service provider failing you can inform us the same. We will keep the car park informed. (Please check the days and times our customer support operate)

An additional charge will be imposed on you by the car-parking firm for using their services for the additional number of days or hours. These charges are solely decided by the car park. Compare The Airport Parking will not entertain such amendments.

4.4 Amendments

We request you to provide us with a written request, if you require an amendment to be made on your bookings prior to dropping off the vehicle. Please send an email to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk (Please check the days and times our customer support operate)

We promise do our best efforts to entertain such requests and provide you with the necessary changes. However, these amendments are subject to availability and are applicable to amendment/cancellation charges. If, in the process we fail to accommodate your amendments, we will let you know the same through email and your original reservation will stand true.

Amendments with regards to date changes get calculated as per the current rates.

4.5 Cancellations

Cancellation of bookings MUST BE INFORMED TO comparetheairportparking.co.uk via email. Send the cancellation email request to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk (Please check the days and times our customer support operate)

A verbal communication with the relevant car park supplier or SMS, MMS will not be considered valid. Upon receiving the cancellation request email, the booking will be canceled as per the cancellation policy, which is agreed at the time of booking. (It’s mentioned in the Booking Confirmation as well).

Refunds will be processed to the same card used at the time of booking. Additional charges may incur for any other form of a refund.

Discounts (voucher/coupon codes) given will not be refunded and carried forward for future bookings.

Please note that Compare The Airport Parking is an agent for the car parks featured in our website and the actual service provider is mentioned in the details/Booking Confirmation.

If you wish to complaint of the service provided by the car park, then you can contact them directly on the number, which you have called them at the time of dropping off the vehicle. However please bring the matter to the attention of the driver so the incident is recorded.

Or you can send your complain to help@comparetheairportparking.co.uk within 14 days of collecting the vehicle. We will forward your complain to the relevant car park and they will be in touch with you.

6.1 Your vehicle must in a roadworthy condition, taxed (visibly displayed) and holds a current MOT if applicable. Please make sure there is sufficient amount of fuel in the vehicle as well.

6.2 Please remove any valuables from the vehicle and if you wish to leave then we suggest you to obtain a receipt from the driver so these are recorded with the car park.

6.3 We request customers ensure they arrive at the car park/Terminal with plenty of time to achieve their flight check-in.

6.4 If you fail to arrive at the car park or the Terminal on the day you drop off the vehicle, it will be considered as a No-Show and applicable cancellations fees will be charged.

There will not be any refunds and there may be additional charges by the car park.

6.5 In case you are affected by a contractual disagreement with your car park service provider and your booking is not acknowledged, then your reservation will be subjected to cancellation and you will recover the entire amount you paid as a refund. Compare The Airport Parking shall not reimburse any additional costs or charges incurred by you.

6.6 Force Majeure includes the following events: Fire, Riot, War, Nuclear Disasters, Civil Strife, Terrorist Activities, Commotion, Industrial Actions, Adverse Weather Conditions, Act Of God, Natural Disaster or other stipulations that amount to Force Majeure. During the time of Force Majeure, we are not responsible to pay any resulting costs or extra outlays. The cancellation policy in the booking confirmation of the user is not valid during the time of Force Majeure situation.

In the light of a Force Majeure, Compare The Airport Parking will not be obligated to make any refund at the time of negation or delay in performing our duty other than the conditions that are present in cancellation policy in your booking voucher. We are not responsible if the unforeseeable and unseen circumstances that have occurred are beyond our control even if reasonable due care is taken.

Special offers, vouchers and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or codes unless otherwise stated.

Coupons/voucher cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or special offers. Coupons/voucher are not applicable for non-refundable price.

Once the Coupon Code is expired, we will not be issuing replacements codes.

Coupon Code has to be redeemed at the time of booking and once the booking is confirmed we cannot apply the code and offer a discount.

Coupon Codes cannot be exchange for cash.

All prices are for pre-booking and include VAT at the current rate of 20% unless otherwise indicated.

As per HMRC VAT Receipt Guideline, The HMRC states that a full VAT invoice/receipt can only be obtained from the principal operator handling your parking as under HMRC guidelines, www.comparetheairportparking.co.uk act solely as an Agent and therefore we are unable to provide a VAT invoice and can only show the Gross Payment of your parking. See HMRC Guide to Agents sections 22.5 and 23.1 you may of course request one from the car park you have chosen. For clarification the term car park refers to the company handling the storage, picking up and delivering of the vehicle. The term booking agent refers to www.comparetheairportparking.co.uk
